Exceptional Talent

At Yas American Academy, we offer the Aldar Academies Scholarship Programme to recognize and develop exceptional talent in Academic Excellence, Sports Excellence, Innovation & Technology, Performing Arts, and National Identity. This program, available from Grade 6 onwards, provides an opportunity for students to excel and thrive in an environment that fosters academic and personal growth. Students who successfully enroll in our Scholarship Programme will be eligible for a tuition fee reduction until graduation, provided they continue to meet the acceptance criteria. This programme is available for new & current students. Scholarship recipients are expected to maintain the highest standards of performance and behavior, contributing positively to the school community and inspiring others to excel.

Available Scholarship Programmes

Academic
Excellence

Awarded to students who demonstrate a passion for learning and a dedication to achieving academic success. These scholars are expected to lead by example in their academic endeavors.

Sports
Excellence

For students with outstanding athletic skills, the Sports Scholarship is awarded to those who display leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship while representing the school in various sports teams and events.

Innovation &
Technology

Awarded to students with a keen interest in technology, digital media, and innovation. Innovation scholars will contribute to the school’s digital initiatives and foster a spirit of creativity and problem-solving.

Performing
Arts

Awarded to talented artists committed to advancing their skills in the arts. Art scholars are expected to actively engage in school performances, exhibitions, and competitions, while fostering creativity within the school community.

National
Identity

Awarded to students who demonstrate strong national identity, leadership, and character aligned with national values, actively contribute within the school and community, and have represented the UAE at regional or international levels.

01. My child is already enrolled into an Aldar Academy can they apply?

The programme is open to new students across Al Ain British Academy, Mamoura British Academy, and Bateen World Academy, and to both new and current students at Yas American Academy.

02. What is the Scholarship Programme?

The Scholarship Programme is awarded in recognition of outstanding achievement in any of the following categories: Academic Excellence, Sports Excellence, Innovation & Technology, Performing Arts, and National Identity. Children will receive a discount on their annual tuition fees in one of the participating schools.

03. Which year groups or grades do the scholarships apply to?

The scholarship programme is open to learners in Grade 6 and above.
